How to Earn Gil in Final Fantasy XIV

FFXIV players have a number of ways to make Gil. These range from combat-focused methods to gathering and crafting focused ones.

The best ways to make gil in FFXIV can change from patch to patch. However, some things remain consistent. Some examples include:..

Combat

Like most non-RMT currencies in MMOs, core gameplay in FFXIV will consistently reward players with a nice kickback for their time and effort. Quests reward Gil, dungeon and raid boss chests reward Gil, and the Duty Roulettes will give Gil for running them (along with some nice XP bonus for the class of role that runs the roulette).

Monsters in the game will also drop gil when defeated, and treasure chests sometimes contain gil as well. Moreover, players can make quick gil by selling equipment dropped by enemies or found in treasure chests. This will not be the cheapest way to go about it, however, since the player will likely have to sell their item at a loss on the Market Board.

Players will also earn a lot of f14 gil  by simply leveling their armour, weapons and tools through combat. This is a great option for most of the combat classes, although be wary of overspending on gear. There are 14 combat classes, 8 Crafters and 3 Gatherers in the game, and your Armoury Chest will only hold so much!

Another great method for making quick gil is to pay attention to the in-game economy and watch for trends. Players can usually buy ffxiv gil  on the cheap when they are low, then sell them as they rise in value on the Market Board. This is a good way to maximize profits, though it requires a large amount of patience.

Crafting

For those who prefer to be more hands-on with their money making, crafting is a solid choice. Crafters earn a good amount of Gil from their professions, especially at the beginning of new patches when crafting materials are in high demand.

The most efficient way to make ffxiv gil  through crafting is by fulfilling levequests. These are usually the best value for time since a player can get paid hundreds of thousands of Gil per week by doing proper tradecraft leves appropriate to their level.

Other methods of gaining f14 gil  from crafting include completing Treasure Maps (which can be quite profitable) and selling items from their inventory on the Market Board. Players can also complete FATEs and Eureka dungeons to generate large amounts of Gil, although these aren’t necessarily the most consistent method of earning money from combat.

Unlike WoW, FFXIV has more small Gil sinks built into core gameplay. There’s an in-game shop that sells consumables, equipment repairs and Materia melding, as well as a player housing system where the occupant can open up private chambers to rent out. However, player housing is currently a clusterfuck that will likely not be resolved until patch 6.1 of Endwalker.

Gathering

Whether you want to buy better weapons, customize your character or get a fancy mount, gil is always useful in ffxiv gil. This can be earned in a variety of ways from completing quests and farming to selling items. But the best way to make gil in ffxiv gil  involves both crafting and gathering.

The main quest line will earn you quite a bit of Gil, but it takes time to progress through it. Meanwhile, side quests and leves will reward you with smaller amounts of the currency, but they’re more than enough to keep you going.

If you have a gathering Job like Miner, Botanist, Weaver or Alchemist, you can harvest natural resources throughout Eorzea and sell them for a decent profit. This can be one of the fastest and most consistent ways to earn gil in FFXIV, particularly at the beginning of a new patch. This is due to the fact that new materials, nodes and dungeons are often unheard of or have high prices.

Another good source of gil is player housing. While housing is currently a bit of a clusterfuck, especially with the recent Live Letters discussion, it can be a great way to make money in ffxiv gil. Purchasing and building a house will require a lot of Gil, but you can also rent out rooms for less. In addition to that, you can sell treasure maps on the market board for a small amount of Gil.

Auction House

A good portion of Gil comes from the auction house, where players sell loot they don’t need to other players. Players can also desynthesize items from their inventory to get crafting materials. This way, they can make even more money by selling the materials on the Market Board.

Besides completing the main story questline, one of the best ways to earn Gil is by leveling a crafter. These are jobs such as Weaver, Carpenter, and Culinarian. While most of these professions deal with item crafting (Disciples of the Hand), some focus on gathering materials and collectables (Disciples of the Land). These jobs are great for making quick Gil in FFXIV.

For instance, a Miner will make a lot of Gil from collecting elements such as shards, clusters, and crystals. These are sold on the Market Board for quick bundles of Gil. In addition to this, a crafter can make good Gil through levequests that require them to hand in certain items.

This includes items such as armor pieces, weapons, and even furniture. These are popular items among players who own houses and want to make their homes look great. Experienced FFXIV players often use their ffxiv gil  to buy these things. In addition, they might also spend their gil on glamour items or mounts. These are items that do not affect a character’s progression but enhance their aesthetics. Getting these is a good way for low-level players or free-trial casuals to increase their Gil supply quickly.

Retainer Ventures

One of the best ways to earn gil is through Ventures. These are expeditions that players can send their Retainers out on. These cost Ventures, a special currency in the game, but they reward the Retainer with experience and levels towards their current job, as well as items they can sell on the Market Board.

Retainers can be assigned a Gathering, Fishing or Battle class, though the maximum class level is limited to the player’s own class. They are equipped with gear, and their gathered items can be sold on the Market Board for a profit. Ventures typically take an hour to complete, but can be shortened through Retainer experience.

Depending on what type of Venture is undertaken, the rewards can be quite substantial. Fishing Ventures can yield rare minions like the Fat Cat, Axolotl Eft, Crabe de la Crabe and Domakin. Gathering Ventures can produce Allagan Pieces, which are a great source of Gil.

Having large amounts of gil is a necessity in FFXIV, both for the ability to port around freely and also to purchase catchup gear when needed. Having enough money allows gamers to enjoy the game as they want, without worrying about having the best gear or being unable to participate in high-end content due to lack of equipment. This makes it an incredibly desirable goal, but one that isn’t necessarily easy to achieve. Individuals who wish to know cheap ffxiv gil , they can visit here.

Beast Tribe Quests

Having a large amount of ffxiv gil  can make for an extremely lucrative gaming experience in Final Fantasy XIV. It allows players to buy gear that is not otherwise available, catch up on any current content, or stockpile consumables for high-end endgame trials. Having a large amount of money also opens up many other gameplay options such as the ability to teleport at will, purchase any item on the market board and more.

One of the most effective ways to earn gil in FFXIV is by playing a Gathering class, such as Miner, Carpenter, or Botanist. These classes harvest natural resources throughout Eorzea and sell them to players on the market board. The higher level a crafting class is, the more they can produce and the more they are likely to sell.

Another way to earn gil is by joining a Grand Company and participating in its main quest. These quests reward a variety of rewards, including equipment, Allagan Tomestones, Ventures, and Reputation. These items can be sold on the market board for a good amount of money.

Lastly, players may also earn a lot of gil through gardening. This requires a Free Company home or private residence and some spare time to tend the garden. There are a number of profitable plants that can be grown, including Thavnairian onions and other vegetables.
